For more than a decade, 7 to 7 Dental has proudly served the San Antonio community through Dental Hope—providing free cleanings, fillings, and extractions to adults in need. In 2026, Dental Hope is growing. Instead of one day at one location, we’re expanding care throughout the entire month of February at two locations: Singing Hills and Mission Oaks—so more patients can get the care they deserve.
